01/01-- Purdue University graduate student Ozgur Yildirim and chemical engineering Professor Osman Basaran use a high-speed camera to capture how drops evolve as they come out of an inkjet printer nozzle. Basaran has used observational data to help develop a new mathematical method that drastically speeds up the time it takes to calculate the behavior of drop formation.
