Purdue president to discuss research during radio show

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue University President Martin C. Jischke will talk about research at Purdue during WBAA's live call-in radio show on Thursday, Feb. 3.

From 2-3 p.m. during the station's "AM920 Magazine" Jischke will field questions from WBAA station manager Dan Skinner and the listening audience.

"The president will focus on the background of research and on how American universities are unique in the way research is performed," Skinner said. "He will address how research dollars are determined and how they support the overall enterprise of the university, which, in turn, benefits the general public."
