Strategic plan working groups to present white papers at forum
The eight strategic plan working groups will present their completed white papers at a public forum scheduled for 1:30-3:30 p.m. Monday (March 3) in Room 206, Stewart Center.
Each working group developed a white paper on its assigned topic to describe objectives, strategies, and actions.
The white papers will go to the 18-member Strategic Planning Steering Committee, which includes the leaders of the working groups. The committee will synthesize the white papers to develop a draft of the strategic plan.
The Strategic Planning Steering Committee is expected to have a draft plan ready for review and discussion by early spring. President France A. Córdova will finalize the draft plan in late spring.
The Board of Trustees will conduct its own review of the plan, and final approval is expected at or after its June meeting.
