Junior landscape architecture students Derek Shelton, at right, and Tim Wright work on their final project in the department's design studio. Through a $110,000 grant, each junior in the program received a tablet PC this year. Students like Shelton and Wright can work on projects on their own PCs, then bring them to the lab to work with other members of their project team.
