Krannert human resources specialty offers range of job options
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - A human resources specialty in an MBA program can do more than help students get jobs in personnel administration, payroll and staff benefits, says an administrator in Purdue's business school.
Even more so today, these professionals are involved in the work force development, attracting new talent, retaining existing talent and helping the organization develop talent in ways that will be most effective, says Chuck Johnson, the director of Krannert School of Management's master's and executive education programs.
