BASi-Swiftwater Group Alliance Expands Contract Services
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., and TUCSON, Ariz. - BASi (Bioanalytical Systems, Inc.) (Nasdaq: BASI) and Swiftwater Group LLC have announced an agreement to form an alliance that will complement and expand both firms' service offerings.
Swiftwater Group, which is headquartered in Tucson, brings its extensive product development, regulatory, project management and auditing experience to work with BASi's contract research services for the pharmaceutical industry.
BASi, which is located in the Purdue Research Park, will offer a preferred provider arrangement for Swiftwater Group clients, and BASi clients will have access to Swiftwater Group's consultancy services that will allow clients a single point of contact for a broad spectrum of services. In addition to providing contract research services, BASi manufactures specialized instrumentation and accessories for liquid chromatography, in vivo sampling, veterinary health care and electrochemistry.
