Purdue Research Foundation to recognize 32 university faculty and staff inventors, entrepreneurs
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Thirty-two Purdue University faculty and staff members whose discoveries were patented during the 2008-09 fiscal year will be recognized by the Purdue Research Foundation at the seventh annual Inventors' Recognition Dinner.
Program details are as follows:
Time/date: 6 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 5). A reception will precede the dinner at 5:30 p.m.

Speakers: Purdue University and Purdue Research Foundation President France A. Córdova; Purdue Research Foundation Senior Vice President, Treasurer and COO Joseph B. Hornett; and Professor of Mechanical Engineering Karthik Ramani.
Participants: About 100 people are expected to attend.
