Event to give future vacationers look at popular destinations

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - An upcoming forum sponsored by the Purdue Student Union Board will focus on spring break hot spots around the world.

The event, which will take place from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday (Feb. 8) in Purdue Memorial Union's East and West faculty lounges, is part of the Purdue Student Union Board Passport Series.

Whether planning a spring break trip this year or in the future, the forum will provide information about popular destinations and information about them that vacationers may never see, said Kaice Randall, Purdue Student Union Board's director of cultural events.

The forum also will highlight the cultures of a variety of destinations and provide safety travel tips, Randall said.
