Colin Powell speaks at Purdue University

Powell, on campus as part of Purdue's celebration of National Engineers Week, also made a public presentation on "Diplomacy: Persuasion, Trust and Values" that took place in Loeb. Powell spoke about the importance of bringing people and countries together, protecting human rights, and promoting democracy and peace around the world.
