Former secretary of state to speak at upcoming Panhellenic program

Indiana's first female secretary of state will be featured at the second annual Panhellenic "Own Your Future" program at 7 p.m. Monday (April 2) at the Dick and Sandy Dauch Alumni Center.

Sue Anne Gilroy, who served as secretary of state from 1994 to 2003, currently is the vice president of development and executive director of the St. Vincent Foundation in Indianapolis. She is a graduate of DePauw University, a Kappa Alpha Theta alumna and has sat on the board of director's for the St. Vincent Foundation.

The event, part of the "Own Your Future: A Woman's Guide to Success" lecture series, is sponsored by the Purdue Panhellenic Association and is open to junior and senior Panhellenic members. Last year, Susan Bulkeley Butler spoke.
